Loyalty Tiers
There are 7 loyalty tiers, each unlocking greater fee reductions and platform benefits. Progress through the tiers by completing bookings, and watch your application fees decrease from your base rate down to 50% off at the highest tier.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does my discount apply?
Your loyalty discount is automatically applied to all new booking requests and quotes based on your current tier at the time of the offer.
What counts as a completed booking?
Any booking that reaches "completed", "paid", or "reviewed" status counts toward your loyalty tier. This includes all your talent profiles on the platform.
Can my tier decrease?
No! Once you've reached a tier, you'll always maintain at least that tier level. Your bookings count only goes up, never down.
Does this affect my base subscription fee?
No. The loyalty program only reduces the application fee charged on each booking. Your monthly subscription plan and its base application fee rate remain unchanged. Think of it as a reward on top of your existing plan.
Where can I see my current tier?
You can view your loyalty progress and current tier on your Listings page and Analytics page. The progress bar shows exactly how many bookings you need to reach the next tier.
Do bookings from all my talents count together?
Yes! All completed bookings across all your talent profiles count toward your total bookings and loyalty tier. The more successful you are across your profiles, the better your rewards.
